Whether our customers need repairs, modernization of existing systems, or brand-new equipment, we are the go-to partner for optimizing manufacturing processes.
Our 600m² of modern and ergonomic office space accommodates both TCT Induktionstechnik and a branch of extrutec GmbH, enabling efficient workflows and fast order processing.
Where we came from
As early as 1993, the predecessor of the current TCT Induktionstechnik GmbH was established. The company’s initial focus was on services for the foundry industry, including assembly, repairs, and later, modernization and custom manufacturing based on customer specifications. The close and flexible collaboration with both regional and international customers was highly valued and continues to contribute to the company’s outstanding reputation in the industry.
Our journey to success
Since being acquired by extrutec GmbH in early 2021, we have expanded our services to include the production and maintenance of inductive heating systems. Our central production site in Menden, situated on the eastern border of the Ruhr area, provides convenient access to a large customer base. Our extensive production hall features modern manufacturing equipment, including an in-house testing station. This allows us to respond to all types of inquiries with exceptional flexibility and speed.

extrutec Group
Headquartered in Moos am Bodensee, extrutec GmbH is a world-leading provider of solutions for heating, heat treatment, and targeted cooling of metals across diverse industries. Established in 2005, the company initially concentrated on gas-fired rapid heating systems for the aluminum extrusion industry.
As extrutec grew and expanded its international presence, its product offerings were steadily broadened. Product innovation and continuous development have always been, and remain, key priorities for extrutec GmbH.

TCT and extrutec have combined their expertise to become your competent partner for melting and heating technology. Working together at the Menden location allows for the delivery of high-quality technical solutions with an emphasis on cost-effectiveness.
The extrutec GmbH design office develops solutions and systems specifically tailored to your individual needs, which are then manufactured in collaboration with TCT. TCT produces the heating coils and is also responsible for all maintenance and service work. This makes us your ideal partner for service and development, capable of meeting all your requirements.
extrutec & TCT - Always ahead of the curve
extrutec’s innovative inline furnace, a hybrid heating system that combines a gas furnace with an induction furnace, was a game-changer that was awarded a worldwide patent in 2011. By establishing its electric furnace construction and induction technology division in 2019, extrutec expanded its capabilities to offer a purely inductive heating process for a variety of metals. The company employs over 50 people across its headquarters on Lake Constance and TCT Induktionstechnik GmbH.

In the face of rising energy costs and the urgent need for climate action, the demand for sustainable and energy-efficient production processes is on the rise.

Retrofitting and preventative maintenance
We upgrade aging systems, machines, or plants by replacing outdated components with the latest technology. This prolongs the service life of existing equipment, lowers energy consumption, and minimizes the environmental footprint of production processes. This increases efficiency, promotes better resource utilization and sustainability, and helps companies meet legal and environmental standards.
Taking ecological responsibility
We were committed to sustainability when constructing our energy-efficient, thermally insulated business premises in Menden. A photovoltaic system is being planned to generate clean electricity, which will be used to heat the building and power electric vehicle charging stations installed specifically for this purpose. Furthermore, all our work processes are resource-efficient and environmentally optimized. This includes practices such as the responsible disposal of concrete and the cleaning and reuse of rags. ‘We aim to be pioneers in the use of renewable energy,’ says Tobias Manka, Managing Director of TCT Induktionstechnik GmbH.
